Please join us for a martial arts program designed for adults of all ages, all physical conditions and all skill levels. Master Dan Arnini, an 8th degree black belt, teaches self-defense, different varieties of martial arts, and uses these skills to help veterans and civilians get in shape, stay in shape and improve their self-esteem and ability to protect themselves and their family.
