Date and Time
Saturday Mar 19, 2022 Sunday Mar 20, 2022
We are open from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM both Saturday and Sunday. The event runs rain or snow or shine.
Parking downtown is VERY limited so please park at RHAM High School and take one of our constantly running shuttle buses to the event. The event is in the Hebron Library parking lots and town green, right on Route 66. The event is mostly outdoors so please dress appropriately. Handicap parking is directly across the street from the Library.
The event is free to attend. Come hungry and dressed warmly. Bring your friends and family!
The cost to participate as a regular vendor is $75 for the weekend. If you are a food truck or a food vendor (serving "meals" and not baked goods) the fee is $250. Any vendor who paid for 2019 will be able to register this year at a discounted price ($50 for regular vendors, $200 for food vendors).
VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON AFTER FEBRUARY 1!
For more information please call or text the Chamber at 860-428-7739.
The 30th Annual Hebron Maple Festival is a two day event celebrating one of our great agricultural traditions...maple syrup production. The highlight of the event is the touring of active maple sugaring houses in the area. Join us on the Hebron Green for fun: maple flavored food items, arts and crafts, quilt show, demonstrations, games and our loved-by-all tractor parade.
If you are interested in being a vendor at the event, please email us at email@example.com.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING A VENDOR FOR THIS EVENT.......
The last year of the event before the COVID pandemic, we had over 8000 guests come to the festival over a two day period. As a vendor you will need to provide the following:
10 x 10 tent with weights to hold down the legs
tables, displays and chairs
We will provide each vendor with a 10 x 10 space except for the food trucks.
You will need to set up your booth NO LATER than 9:30 AM as we will close the gates so that guests can arrive for 10:00 AM. Depending on the number of vendors you may not be able to keep your car near your tent but there is parking close by. We do not duplicate items sold, so for example, there is only one vendor that will sell hamburgers, only one that will sell BBQ sauce. All vendors who are selling any kind of food or will have tastings of their products (except for bake sales) will need to get a TEMPORARY EVENT APPLICATION from the Chatham Health District and apply for that permit no later than February 15 or you will get a $75 late fee charge from them!!
The event coordinators have the right to refuse any application. Hebron businesses and vendors from the last year, 2019, will receive first priority UNTIL JANUARY 5.
